Isabel Allen is the middle daughter of Stephanie. She grew up absorbing all of her mother's real estate skills she observed daily, and learning the importance of honesty and integrity in everything she does. After obtaining a Business Degree from FSU, and a Marketing Degree from USF, she decided to launch her marketing agency, before starting her real estate journey. Being a younger agent doesn't scare her at all, and she is ready for anything that comes her way. With over five years in the customer service industry, and two years in marketing, there is nothing she can't do, and she bends over backwards to make someone's dream home come true. She prides herself on her tenacity to get any and every job done to the best of her ability, in a timely manner.

Stephanie Meid was born in Tampa, Florida, and raised in Land O' Lakes. She is the proud mom of her three daughters, Georgia, Isabel, and Hannah, all raised in Land O' Lakes and all still living in the Tampa Bay Area. Stephanie has been selling real estate in the state of Florida for over 30 years. Stephanie closed properties in Pasco, Hillsborough, St. Johns, Marion, Hernando, and Levy Counties, making the state of Florida "her territory". She is very thankful for all of her past clients that have bought and sold their homes and properties with her time and time again. That is a vote of confidence she doesn't take lightly. Stephanie's most successful secret: customer service. She prides herself on prompt return phone calls and texts, making herself available for her clients whenever needed.
